Spy Photographers Release Spy Shots Of The Upcoming 2019 Ranger From Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F)

Excitement is ranging over the arrival of upcoming Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F) Bronco, which is expected to be in competition with Jeep Wrangler. However, there is much more behind the scenes that hundreds of Ford fans may not be aware of. It’s about next-generation Ford Ranger pickup.

Sources have it that the 2019 Ford Ranger will be hitting the streets sometime next year. The news may have generated from a spied testing of the North America-bound Ranger on the American roads. Spy photographers claim to have captured the test mule even though it was sporting a full suit of camouflage.

It looks identical to the current-generation Ford Ranger

Autoblog reports that the vehicle was being driven in Dearborn, Michigan. However, the spies indicate that at a glance, the Ranger has close similarities to other Ford Ranger being sold elsewhere in the world. In contradiction, other reports reveal that it has a unique style and as per the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) markets. Nonetheless, all these propositions remain unconfirmed given that the better part of its body was camouflaged.

Meanwhile, it can be concluded that the truck is simply laying out a test bed for new mechanicals. It is well known that Ford has been putting its acts together in giving the market a better truck. The automaker is currently developing a U.S. version of the truck, which apparently is already in a majority of overseas markets.

On the other hand, the company has also been lucky with its smaller pickup trucks, which are moving selling very fast in the U.S market. Ford’s chief technology officer and director of global product development, Raj Nair notes, “We have seen the positive response in the market for the physical size of the smaller trucks.”

But there is much more to expect from the upcoming American 2019 Ford Ranger

It is said that apart from being stylish, the North American version of Ford will have a full complement of EcoBoost four- and six-cylinder engines. It is also likely that I will feature the 3.0-liter V6 turbo-diesel engine or better still the 3.2-liter I5 diesel commonly offered in the US-market Transit. Other features include a two-wheel drive configuration. However, these are just speculations.

In the meantime, Ford’s stock closed at $12.63 a fall of $0.02 or 0.12%
